StarMade is a 3D Space Science Sandbox Game. Developers say it's something between X-Wing, EVE Online and Minecraft.
Thanks to Java and LWJGL it runs natively with Windows, OS X and Linux.
In early developement it'll be for free. Later on players have to pay.
